Our Products

LETTUCE

Grown year-round, we have multiple types of lettuce to choose from: Arugala; Rocket; Endive; Butter; Iceberg; Gem; Romaine; and Watercress. As a locally grown item, these lettuce varieties will last substantially longer than imported produce. Also, these greens are pesticide-free and will have far-less deterioration compared to soil grown greens.

TOMATOES

Grown year-round, we have plump juicy varieties of tomato: Cherry; Roma; Beef; Salad; and San Marzano. Our hydroponics program delivers the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. Please visit our farm to taste the difference. We are sure you will be delighted with our tomatoes.

MUSHROOMS

Although not part of the hydroponics program here at Barbados Hydroponics Farm, we are still able to offer a number of different mushroom varietals. For years, in Barbados, mushrooms have been an expensive option. However, now, with our locally grown options, you can find the best mushrooms at the best prices.
